The space

• Open kitchen with a massive 2 m wooden table & direct access to the covered terrace
• Green garden, most of the time you have it to yourselves

• Free secured parking in a private garage with a premium spot right at the entrance (15 mins on foot from the apartment)
• All four mattresses (90x200 cm) orthopedic, in two firmness grades (H2 softer, H3 firmer): tell us before arrival who sleeps where and we set the beds up to match
• Terrace seating, breakfast outside even in the mild rain
• Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave (+ all the kitchen basics)
• Nespresso machine
• Professional garment steamer (Philips)
• Cotton bed sheets, pillows & duvets
• Organic soaps and detergents only
• Free bike storage and charging in our office downstairs, access around the clock
• Rental bikes via our exclusive partner Rent-a-Bike (Bahnhofstraße 29D): delivered for free to the house, ready to start in the morning
• Superfast Wi-Fi (up to 250 Mbit/s), enough for video calls and streaming
• Smart TV (Netflix & Co., log in with your accounts)

Good to know

• The living room is a walk-through room (you pass it to reach the kitchen)
• The sofa bed for guests 5 & 6: comfy for one adult or an adult with a child, two adults if they like being close
• The old building carries sound: sometimes you hear the neighbours’ footsteps (not voices)
• Fits best for families or groups who belong together
• The bathroom is accessible separately from both rooms
• The garden is shared with the neighbour from upstairs (who barely uses it)
• BBQ is not allowed in the garden (for safety reasons, it’s an old building)
• There is a cosmetic crack in the kitchen window: it does not affect the stay
• Second floor, no lift: up a beautiful old spiral staircase, two rounds of workout with luggage, calm at the top
• For a good atmosphere in the house: no parties, quiet from 10 pm to 8 am

Guest access

• The whole flat is yours, only the garden is shared (see above)
• Key handover your way: key box any time, or a personal welcome from us
• Wi-Fi password you get from us
• Professionally cleaned before every arrival
• We lived in this house ourselves for a few years, ask us for our favourite corners and cafés :)

Parking

• Free private garage spot for our guests: premium spot right at the entrance, easy in and out, about 15 minutes on foot from the apartment
• The building is in a car-free pedestrian zone: for unloading, stop briefly at Theresienstraße 19, one minute away

Prefer parking closer (paid)?

• Zentralgarage: 8 minutes on foot, ca. 15 EUR/24h (at night 7 pm to 7 am only ca. 3.60 EUR)
• City Parkhaus: 6 minutes, ca. 10 EUR/24h, max height 1.90 m

Location

• Main station about 12 minutes on foot
• Supermarket, drugstore and gym at Nibelungenplatz, about 7 minutes
• Grabengasse itself: a modern Spätzle hotspot right across the street, fresh homemade pasta, Zimtschnecken, a new ice cream shop, Belgian chocolate, an authentic Georgian restaurant, a shop with local organic products and the best döner in town, all a few steps away
• Parallel Theresienstraße (1 minute): Italian spots with sourdough pizza and seafood
