The space

• Smart TV (Netflix & Co., log in with your accounts)

Good to know

• The living room is a walk-through room (you pass it to reach the kitchen)
• Fits best for families or groups who belong together
• The bathroom is accessible separately from both rooms
• The old building carries sound: sometimes you hear the neighbours’ footsteps (not voices)
• First floor, no lift: up a beautiful old spiral staircase, a short workout with luggage, calm at the top
• The building is in the pedestrian zone, no parking at the house
• For a good atmosphere in the house: no parties, quiet from 10 pm to 8 am

Guest access

• The whole flat is yours, nothing is shared
• Key handover your way: key box any time, or a personal welcome from us
• Wi-Fi password you get from us
• Professionally cleaned before every arrival
• We lived in this flat ourselves for a few years, ask us for our favourite corners and cafés :)

Parking

• For unloading, stop briefly at Theresienstraße 19, one minute away
• Free parking for our guests in a private garage, about 15 minutes on foot (details on request)
• If you want to park a bit closer, the nearest garage is: Zentralgarage, 8 minutes on foot, ca. 15 EUR/24h (at night 7 pm to 7 am only ca. 3.60 EUR)
• Outdoor budget option: parking under the Schanzlbrücke, 7 minutes, free at night, ca. 1.40 EUR/h before 7 pm
• Garage budget option: Parkhaus Bahnhofstraße, 15 minutes, ca. 8 EUR/night
• Free outdoor parking: Vilshofener Straße
• Alternative garage: City Parkhaus (Contipark), 6 minutes, ca. 10 EUR/24h, max height 1.90 m

Location

• Main station about 12 minutes on foot
• Supermarket, drugstore and gym at Nibelungenplatz, about 7 minutes
• Grabengasse itself: a modern Spätzle hotspot right across the street, fresh homemade pasta, Zimtschnecken, a new ice cream shop, Belgian chocolate, an authentic Georgian restaurant, a shop with local organic products and the best döner in town, all a few steps away
• Parallel Theresienstraße (1 minute): Italian spots with sourdough pizza and seafood
