This is the top-floor flat, tucked into a quiet old townhouse right in the middle of Passau’s Old Town. Step out of the door and you’re a couple of minutes from the lanes around the Stephansdom and the Danube promenade — close enough to walk home for an afternoon break, far enough up to keep the street noise out.
The open-plan living room gets good light, with a sofa, a dining table for four and a quiet corner to work from on fibre Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a real double bed, and the sofa folds out for two more. The kitchen is set up for actual cooking, and there’s a washing machine for longer stays.
Check-in is on your own schedule: you’ll get a personal entry code before you arrive, so a late train or an early river cruise is never a problem.
